What to Expect At A Swingers & Sinners Party

When you arrive at the party venue you'll be met by someone at the door who will welcome you to the party. After being checked off the door list and if you haven't been before you'll be shown around the venue and introduced to the facilities. After the introductory tour guests tend to go either to the kitchen area or the main lounge to socialise and interact with other guests. When you've become familiar with your surroundings you should then walk around the rest of the house and check out what is happening and if anything interests you can stay there and enjoy the fun. Upstairs there are two large and two small playrooms and during the party in these rooms there will be lots of sexual activity in different combinations and performing different acts. We appreciate that coming to a party for the first time can be a scary but once you have made that move you won't be disappointed at what you find and how you are welcomed. Remember everyone is at the party for the same reason and providing you show good manners you will have a great time and the others you meet will want to have a good time with you.

The Venue

All our parties are held in a large detached mansion in Sutton. The venue has the following features
- Five comfortable playrooms always stocked with a plentiful supply of free condoms, lube  and wet wipes
- Well stocked dungeon with a Spanking Horse, St. Andrews Cross, Suspension Rig Swing, Gothic style throne, Bed with Bondage Cuffs Strap St Andrews Cross, Hanging rings
- Playroom with a Two way mirror
-Kitchen area, with fridge which can be used keep any drinks you bring cool and safe
